Wouldn't any millionare be a "difficult" employee. He wouldn't need validation from many people. He is very confident and comfortable about technology and media. I agree Dave is a modern technologist who "gets" media and has an obvious passion about improving the quality of news. He uses new technology to do and do to it very well.

Can you imagine what would happen, if Dave were loosed into a media company? It'd be the reality show of the decade.<BR/><BR/>Tip to Dave W.: look for newspapers that follow Andrew Cline's advice, at the bottom of <A HREF="http://www.rhetorica.net/archives/003904.html" REL="nofollow">this post</A> (or google "medialand site:rhetorica.net").
